SPECIAL EVENTS

We recently met with the Tennessee Valley Chapter for a get together at the Falcon Rest Mansion in McMinneville Tn. It was a beautiful day and we were able to check out Falcons, meet new and old friends, share a meal together and have a good day.

For several years our club has held it's September meeting at the AACA fall meet in Red Boiling Springs TN. For the past couple of years several of the club members stayed Friday night at the hotel across the street from the meet

Our club again assisted the 07 Goodguys Nationals at LP Field in Nashville, TN. on June 29,30, and July 1. There were over 2000 cars there with rain threatening 

every day, but the rain held off until Sunday afternoon. The club received an invitation to help them next year and they are shooting for 3000 cars. Dennis Purtell did a magnificent job heading up this project. We saw lots of fine rides

For several years our group has sponsored a class at the Kars For Kids show at the Tennessee Baptist Orphans Home and have also participated.
